Exporting your Telegram contact list can be beneficial for various reasons. One of the main advantages is having a backup of all your contacts in case you lose access to your account or device. Open Telegram and Go to Settings
To start exporting your contact list, open the Telegram app on your device and navigate to the settings menu. This can usually be found by tapping on the three horizontal lines in the top left corner of the app.
